Ms. Gen Macalinao serves as Section Head of Critical Information Infrastructure Protection of CIECSD - Cybersecurity Bureau. She was awarded the Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) credential by the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2) in 2023. She is an alumna of the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies in Garmisch, Germany. Her latest published work is "Cyber ASEAN: Advancing Cyber Resiliency and Capacity in Southeast Asia" published in March 2024 by Pacific Forum International, funded by the Australian Government.
