Hendra Kusumawardhana is a professional currently serving as the IT Operation Head at PT TASPEN (Persero). Throughout his 12 years career at TASPEN, he has undertaken various roles and responsibilities across both headquarters and regional branch offices. He has been a key person in the development and implementation of numerous digital innovations within the organization, aimed at enhancing customer service while improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.

In his current role as IT Operation Head, Hendra is responsible for overseeing technology operations and driving digital transformation initiatives at PT TASPEN (Persero). Given TASPEN’s large-scale responsibility as a social insurance provider for over 7 million civil servants and pensioners, he plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and robustness of application systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. The demanding nature of this role requires strong leadership and good managerial capabilities.

Hendra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Master’s degree in Information Technology. Both from Universitas Indonesia.
