
Fred Giron is a vice president and senior research director at Forrester, where he leads a technology research team across Asia Pacific and Europe. He advises CIOs, CTOs, and technology executives on achieving high-performance IT (HPIT), an adaptive, outcome-driven approach that connects technology investments to business value. His recent work focuses on frameworks like the value creation flow, responsible AI adoption, IT financial management, and the evolution of tech services and sourcing models in APAC. A frequent keynote speaker at Forrester’s Technology & Innovation Summits and industry forums, Fred brings clarity to complex challenges such as agentic AI readiness, operating model modernization, and co-innovation ecosystems, helping executives shift from technology adoption to technology value realization.
Previous Work Experience
Fred came to Forrester through its acquisition of Springboard Research, where he led Springboard’s research operations in India. Prior to Springboard, he was a research director at Pierre Audoin Consultants (PAC), leading its research activities in Europe and its coverage of the IT software and services markets. He also launched PAC’s research and consulting activities in the US, where he resided for five years. Prior to PAC, Frederic worked as an SAP consultant at PwC.
