With over 27 years of experience in software development, digital transformation, IT projects management and people leadership, James currently serves as the Group CIO at HELP Education Group, driving enterprise-wide digital innovation and transformation. His career spans across Asia Pacific, China, and Europe; where James held key C-level roles including CEO, Group CIO, CTO, and COO in leading organizations such as Daimler Chrysler TSS, Time dotCom, Microsoft, and UCSI Group. He had the privilege of presenting to boards and shareholders of MNCs and public-listed companies, and a frequent keynote and panel speaker at major tech conferences across Southeast Asia.
