Hugh Cauthers is the Global Director of IT Infrastructure and Services at Barnes Group Inc. With over 25 years’ experience, Hugh has become an expert in delivering enterprise IT solutions for medium and large organizations. He understands that his team and its’ individual members are the core contributors to their own success, the success of the team and overall the success of IT and the company. He has a Bachelor’s in Computer Science degree and a Master of Science in Information Technology degree. He is on the board of SIM Boston, an IT networking organization. He is passionate about technology, doing things effectively, leveraging tools and driving results. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
