During a 12-year career at the FBI, Alex served as a Special Agent, Supervisory Special Agent, and a Unit Chief, specializing in cyber and counterterrorism investigations. In 2016, he joined Web.com as their Chief Information Security Officer. In 2019, he joined CSX and currently serving as a Deputy CISO.
