Michael has been involved in the development and delivery of technical training at Fortinet since he joined in 2004. He worked on the original FCNSA and FCNSP trainings and certifications, which became the eight-level NSE Certification Program that is in place today. He currently manages a team of global instructors and subject matter experts. In additional to technical training, he spent three years in product management working on technical enablement for strategic products.
