Ramnath is responsible to drive Fortinet’s SASE and Managed services business for SD-WAN and SASE. He has long-standing experience of 7+ years in SD-WAN space and was very close to SASE product planning at a competitor. He started his career in engineering as a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, pivoted to Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) and now into Products. Due to his engineering background; he is also comfortable speaking technical details. He has a passion for technology and always jokes that “SD-WAN runs in his blood!” He did his Masters in Telecommunications from University of Colorado at Boulder but after graduation moved to California and has made Silicon Valley as his home from the past 11 years.
