Previously served as Security CTO at Verizon Business - responsible for strategic technology partnerships, the Verizon Cyber Intelligence Center, and the data science team that produces the annual Data Breach Investigations Report. Led the analytics-driven transformation of Verizon’s MSS platform to support nation-state grade continuous monitoring and served as Verizon’s lead Global Security Evangelist and head of product management. P&L responsibility for Gartner MQ MSSP Leader 5 consecutive years. Also responsible for Verizon’s first hosting and business continuity services.
Before joining Verizon, served with the U.S. Foreign Service. More than 20 years of security and BCDR/COOP experience around the world – working through business interruptions including armed conflict, civil strife, labor strikes, natural disasters, terrorist attacks, network outages and a wide range of cyber attacks.
