Adam Price is the principal cybersecurity architect at Zaxby’s, a nationwide quick-service restaurant (QSR) brand operating at scale within the hospitality and retail food services sector. Following Zaxby’s acquisition by Goldman Sachs, the organization began building an enterprise cybersecurity program to support business, regulatory, and risk management objectives. As a key member of the cybersecurity leadership team, Adam plays a central role in shaping the program’s technical strategy, with primary responsibility for security architecture decisions, technology selection, and implementation. He works closely with leadership and peers to ensure security capabilities align with business priorities while balancing best-of-breed solutions with thoughtful platform consolidation. Adam brings broad, cross-industry experience, having supported the development of six cybersecurity programs and security operations centers (CSOCs) across critical infrastructure, healthcare, fintech, government, hospitality, and retail environments. His current focus is on operationalizing AI as a force multiplier to enhance detection, response, and efficiency while maximizing return on existing cybersecurity investments.
