Hayley Van Loon is the CEO of Crime Stoppers International and a global intelligence and security executive working at the intersection of intelligence, cybersecurity, and national security.

She is the Founder of Magnolia Intelligence and ShadowIQ, creating intelligence-driven approaches to risk management and safety that help organizations operate securely in complex, high-threat environments.

Hayley began her career as a counterterrorism case officer within the Australian Intelligence Community and later specialized in physical penetration testing and insider threat operations, grounding her work in frontline intelligence and adversarial tradecraft. She has since advised governments, multinational corporations, and educational institutions on cyber-enabled threats, insider risk, and national security strategy, and spent almost a decade working across intelligence, technology, and global security ecosystems in the United States.

Hayley serves on international coalitions including the World Economic Forum’s Coalition for Digital Safety and the Global Coalition to Fight Financial Crime, is an Ambassador for CI-ISAC Australia, and sits on RMIT University’s Cyber Research and Innovation Industry Advisory Board.

Her contributions to intelligence and security practice have been widely recognized. She is a recipient of the David Irvine AO Award, which honors individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the progression of intelligence in Australia, has been named Most Outstanding Female Security Professional at the Outstanding Security Performance Awards, and was recognized as Australia’s Most Outstanding in Protective Security at the Women in Security Awards.
