IDC

Christian is a Head of Security for the IDC Asia/Pacific Cybersecurity Services portfolio supporting its research and client engagement activities. He is responsible for developing and socializing IDC’s point of view within security services surrounding legacy and modern cybersecurity technologies. Christian’s primary role will be conducting primary research with vendors, buyers, and industry experts to develop market insights in Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan) (APEJ), including partnering research efforts with relevant country analysts in the local IDC offices.

Christian previously worked with top consulting firms such as EY, Deloitte, and Accenture in delivering cybersecurity strategies to senior executives to innovate and use emerging technologies to proactively defend themselves against cyberthreats.

Christian graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting degree (with Honors) from Nanyang Technological University (NTU). He has been accredited with CISSP, CISM, CISA and fulfilled the requirements for CA (Singapore). He also has over five years of experience in IT risk and controls assurance, IT advisory project management, and technology risk management.
