Ramana has over 25 years of international experience in CRM, BPO, telecommunications, Financial Services, Utilities and Oil & Gas deployments. Ramana has a diverse range of experiences and expertise across various industries in running large-scale Operations and implementing Digital Transformation. His accomplishments include advisory and consulting on digital strategy and transformation, streamlining and transforming businesses to achieve cost savings, and implementing innovative frameworks to improve employee productivity and participation. Prior to joining KPJ, Ramana built and executed regional services across telcos and ASEAN through Oracle and SAS. Before that, he was the Regional Head for Operations for Business Logic Systems, Malaysia. Over the course of his career, he has held various senior leadership roles Ramana is a design thinking lead and is certified as a Scrum Master and has a Master’s in Business from Manchester Business School, University of Manchester.
