Phil Proctor has worked in the IT industry for more than 40 years across industries including Wagering and Gaming, Medical, Not for Profits, Public Sector and Education. Proctor commenced his IT career in the wagering industry by developing and managing the transaction engine for South Australian Totalizator Agency Board. Proctor started an independent IT Consulting business in 1995 providing strategic and project advisory to many industry verticals. Working with the South Australia Lotteries Commission in 2008, he had oversight of the replacement of the Online Lottery System from endpoint devices, communications links and central systems. In 2010 Proctor worked with SA Water on key strategic IT systems before joining Catholic Education South Australia (CESA) in 2016. As Assistant Director of ICT (Chief Information Officer) he provides the strategic and operational leadership of the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) section, servicing over 50,000 students across 101 schools, and over 9,000 staff.
