No, the event will be held in-person. To take full advantage of the experience, register as soon as possible. Once event is at capacity, registration will close.
No. However, similar events will be available for customers to attend.
The dress code for InFocus-Partners is business casual, which is is broadly defined as a code of dress that blends traditional business wear with a more relaxed style that’s still professional and appropriate for an office environment.
For the Awards Dinner on Wednesday, May 21, you may wisih to wear a jacket.

Yes! Invited partners attending Accelerate 2025 will receive complimentary hotel accommodation as part of their invitation. If an invited partner is unable to accept the accommodation provided, an option to book and pay for their stay will be available during registration. We encourage partners to register early to secure their spot and take full advantage of this exclusive benefit.
There’s no need to book separately—your hotel reservation will be automatically secured once you complete your Accelerate registration. However, availability is limited, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible to guarantee your accommodations.
No, staying at the Marriott Santa Clara, is not a requirement. If you cannot accept the complimentary accommodations, you are welcome to book your stay wherever is most convenient for you. However, we do recommend staying at the Marriott for the following reasons:
- Onsite check-in and networking lounge will be at the Marriott Santa Clara
- Breakfast will be available at the hotel only
- Shuttle transportation will be from the Marriott only
If you are traveling more than 8 hours to California, your hotel reservation will be scheduled for check-in on May 19. Arrivals prior to May 19 will not be covered, and are available based on hotel inventory at your own expense, Additionally, departures after May 22 are at the hotel's discretion and going rate.
