Accelerate attendees have the option to stay at either of the official Accelerate hotels (Mandalay Bay or The W Hotel Las Vegas). While it is not mandatory for attendees to stay in either hotel, the convenience of being within walking distance of all the action far outweighs a potentially lower room rate.
During registration, attendees will have the option to pre-pay for their hotel stay. This option has proved popular in the past, enabling attendees to combine their registration and hotel stay in a single transaction. Should they choose to make their hotel reservation at a later date, we will provide the booking site in their confirmation email.
